Our Marine Rings in combination with the Sepia Pearl Ring, an uniqie piece within our Collection. This piece is cast in a sepia shell. The way of casting is really difficult because we have to catch the right time and temperature at the moment our silver is melted. Only one attempt is possible in this natural casting process. A moment in which you have to work precisely to cast the ring in one piece, closed. The special thing about this technique is the incredibly texture. It shows the lines and structures of the sepia shell.
After casting, the shape is lost, so it is never possible to create exactly the same texture. That’s what we like best about this process, the chance of a unique result.
